Description of Application:
Water cleaning at 5,000 psi, 56 gpm was used to prepare a clean, sound substrate to receive the coating. Following surface prep, A-10 penetrating primer was applied by roller. Raven 405 moisture tolerant, solvent-free epoxy was then spray applied at 125 mils to the crown and walls of the pipe down to the low-flow level line. 250 mils of Raven 405 was applied to the bottom 6′ of the manhole. Specified surfaces were successfully rehabilitated and Raven 405 is providing long-term corrosion protection.
