Products & Services - The Raven Engineered System

Raven Lining Systems coatings and specialized products are a key component of our Raven Engineered System. In addition to these products, this System consists of customized equipment and proven installation processes that renew infrastructure and stop corrosion. The Engineered System is delivered via our network of Raven Certified Applicators that are committed to delivering sustainable solutions for the protection and renewal of water and wastewater systems.
Waste Water & Industrial

Raven Lining Systems offers versatile and proven wastewater coatings for restoration of deteriorated wastewater infrastructure and protection from the aggressive environment. Raven coatings are applied in wastewater collection systems and treatment plants by nationwide network of Certified Applicators.

Raven products include ultra high-build sprayable epoxies that provide excellent chemical resistance, adhesion and long-lasting service. These epoxies stop corrosion, eliminate infiltration and exfiltration and can be used to structurally rebuild severely deteriorated wastewater infrastructure.

Raven 400
Wastewater coating for extreme environments protecting from concentrated acid and offering moderate temperature resistance.

Raven 404

Raven 405

Raven 470
Unique ambient cured 100% solids epoxy providing excellent protection for concrete and steel infrastructure exposed to chlorinated solvents, acids, caustics and other corrosive agents commonly occurring within industrial facilities.

Potable Water

Raven Lining Systems offers zero VOC AquataPoxy® systems for corrosion control in potable water applications including water tank lining, reservoirs, transmission lines, aqueducts and treatment facilities. Our AquataPoxy epoxies are among the first to meet ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for contact with drinking water. These high-build sprayable epoxies adhere under adverse conditions including damp, moisture filled structures. They are proven to stop corrosion and eliminate exfiltration, and can be used to structurally rebuild severely deteriorated infrastructure.

AquataPoxy A-6
Originally developed in the late 1970's, A-6 epoxy coatings are the most widely specified 100% solids, zero VOC epoxy for potable water structures. A-6 is available in its original and thick version to seal all types of profiles from steel to rough concrete. Producing a well-adhered slick, dense surface, A-6 minimizes slime growth and bacteria build-up on protected substrates.

AquataPoxy A-6 SuperFlex
A flexible solvent-free, 100% solids, toughened, corrosion resistant epoxy coating that can be applied to dry or damp surfaces. Formulated for broad range corrosion protection and to-be certified safe for potable water.

AquataPoxy A-7
A unique moisture tolerant, putty-like grout used to fill holes and voids. A-7 is also used to perform underwater repairs in tanks, pipelines and vessels.

AquataPoxy A-61
The purest, fastest curing potable water certified epoxy coating available. A-61's pure technology maintains water quality and provides corrosion control with its use in water tanks, food processing facilities and other sensitive water processing facilities and holding tanks.

Specialty Products and Primers

Successful installation of a protective barrier system begins with proper surface preparation and sealing. Raven Lining Systems offers several penetrating primers and specialty products that provide good adhesion and sealing under adverse conditions, enabling sealing between other construction materials such as thermoplastic pipe materials, fiberglass, PVC sheet liners, calcium aluminates and other cements.

Raven 110
Penetrating primer increases adhesion and assists in sealing and coating concrete surfaces to minimize off gassing prior to topcoat application.

Raven 120

Raven 200
A dry polyolefin additive that may be added to any properly mixed Raven 400 series, it may be used as a work site additive to adjust the epoxies consistency to application conditions.
