Raven Lining Systems offers versatile and proven wastewater coatings for restoration of deteriorated wastewater infrastructure and protection from the aggressive environment. Raven coatings are applied in wastewater collection systems and treatment plants by nationwide network of Certified Applicators.
Raven products include ultra high-build sprayable epoxies that provide excellent chemical resistance, adhesion and long-lasting service. These epoxies stop corrosion, eliminate infiltration and exfiltration and can be used to structurally rebuild severely deteriorated wastewater infrastructure.

Raven 405FS
Designed for operating temperatures up to 200°F, 405FS’s high-build ability allows it to be applied on vertical and overhead surfaces. The surface tolerance of 405FS allows it to be used as a structural lining in manholes, pipelines, tanks and other deteriorated structures.

Raven 700
A fast setting, calcium aluminate cementitious product for use on concrete and masonry structures as a repair mortar. Designed for quick set and high early strength development 700's properties allow it to be efficiently applied to rehabilitate benches and inverts as well as to repair large voids or missing masonry components providing a suitable surface for the application of a Raven® 705CA underlayment and/or a polymer topcoat.

Raven 705CA
An acid resistant reinforced calcium aluminate cementitious product for use on concrete and masonry structures as a repair mortar. Designed as a reinforced stand alone product or as an underlayment for Raven coatings 705CA's properties allow it to be efficiently spray applied to rehabilitate substrates providing a suitable surface for the application of a polymer topcoat.

Raven 715
A fast setting cementitious material for sealing active leaks. It may be used as a dry powder or thick paste to eliminate water infiltration prior to coating.

Raven 750
Is designed as a reinforced, trowel applied high early strength underlayment / repair material. Raven 750 can be a stand-alone product or may be coated with Raven primers and topcoats as soon as the 750 is hard to the touch. Raven 750 is a proprietary Portland cement formulation

Raven Lining Systems offers zero VOC AquataPoxy® systems for corrosion control in potable water applications including water tank lining, reservoirs, transmission lines, aqueducts and treatment facilities. Our AquataPoxy epoxies are among the first to meet ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for contact with drinking water. These high-build sprayable epoxies adhere under adverse conditions including damp, moisture filled structures. They are proven to stop corrosion and eliminate exfiltration, and can be used to structurally rebuild severely deteriorated infrastructure.

AquataPoxy A-6
Originally developed in the late 1970's, A-6 epoxy coatings are the most widely specified 100% solids, zero VOC epoxy for potable water structures. A-6 is available in its original and thick version to seal all types of profiles from steel to rough concrete. Producing a well-adhered slick, dense surface, A-6 minimizes slime growth and bacteria build-up on protected substrates.

Raven Lining Systems offers several penetrating primers and specialty products that provide good adhesion and sealing under adverse conditions, enabling sealing between other construction materials such as thermoplastic pipe materials, fiberglass, PVC sheet liners, calcium aluminates and other cements.
