BROKEN ARROW, OK—April 27th, 2009--RLS Inc. today announced the addition of Mr. Mitchell Lipford as a Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Lipford will lead the sales efforts for RLS products in the Southeastern US through the region’s Certified Applicator Network. In addition, Mr. Lipford will continue to develop the RLS Certified Applicator Network and collaborate with engineers to ensure that RLS products are specified for targeted municipal projects. 

Prior to joining RLS, Mr. Lipford held a sales position with Coastal Construction Products of Naples, FL, where he represented Coastal’s wastewater/industrial product lines. In addition, Mr. Lipford has worked for Centex Homes as a Field Manager and Quality Inspector, and began his career at Coca Cola Enterprises where he served as District Sales Manager in Gainesville, FL.

Mr. Lipford earned his AAS in Construction Management from Santa Fe Community College, and has successfully completed numerous factory-certified training programs for coating products. He is a Certified Building Contractor in FL, and is a past Board Member and currently serves as President of the International Concrete Repair Institute.
