Robert W. Pawlak
President
Robert Pawlak has been affiliated with Raven since its acquisition in 1995. Mr. Pawlak has held various positions with Raven’s parent, Cohesant Inc., including Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer since June 1998, Secretary of the Company since June 1997 and Controller of the Company since October 1996.
Jim Henke
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Jim Henke joined Raven as National Sales Manager. Jim brings 39 years of experience in building market presence and leading sales teams offering high performance coating and lining technologies in infrastructure protection and renewal markets. Jim is a member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers and the Society of Protective Coatings.
A. J. Wiseman
Technical Services Manager
A. J. Wiseman is Technical Services Manager bringing more than 30 years of coating industry experience to benefit our customers. As Technical Services Manager, he is responsible for developing and implementing application guidelines and procedures, training and supporting Certified Applicators, inspecting and analyzing results of Raven system applications.
Jeff Croll
Regional Sales Manager
Jeff Croll is the Regional Sales Manager serving the Northeast U.S. Jeff leads the sales efforts for the region’s Certified Applicator Network within this territory providing sales, service, and project support. Mr. Croll comes to Raven with an extensive background in the coatings industry and is NACE Certified Coatings Inspector #6006. His experience includes such notable companies as The Sherwin Williams Company, ICI-Devoe Coatings, The Glidden Company, and International Protective Coatings (formerly Porter International). Mr. Croll attended Cleveland State University.
Mitch Lipford
Regional Sales Manager
Mitchell Lipford is the Regional Sales Manager serving the Southeastern U.S. providing sales, service, and project support to the region’s Certified Applicator Network. Prior to joining Raven Lining Systems, Mr. Lipford held a sales position with Coastal Construction Products of Naples, FL, where he represented Coastal’s wastewater/industrial product lines. In addition, Mr. Lipford has worked for Centex Homes as a Field Manager and Quality Inspector, and began his career at Coca Cola Enterprises where he served as District Sales Manager in Gainesville, FL. Mr. Lipford earned his AAS in Construction Management from Santa Fe Community College, and has successfully completed numerous factory-certified training programs for coating products. He is a Certified Building Contractor in FL, is a past Board Member, and currently serves as President of the International Concrete Repair Institute.
James Dugger
Technical Sales Manager
James Dugger is the Regional Sales Representative serving the west coast of the U.S. James provides sales, technical, and project support to Raven Certified Applicators within this territory. He formerly worked as a Superintendent with Crossland Construction. He attended Oklahoma State University and graduated 3rd in his class with a Construction Management Degree. Mr. Dugger served in the U.S. Navy from 1990 to 1996 during Desert Storm, where he earned the Navy Achievement Medal for military excellence.
